Make sure to download your documents
We also kindly remind you to download your records of achievement and confirmations of participation and save them for future reference. Please note that once the platform is discontinued, verification links in records of achievement will no longer work. The same applies to digital badges, social shares, and other references to the openSAP platform. Last November we informed you that the openSAP platform will be discontinued in July this year. Today we’d like to share some more information regarding our migration to the SAP Learning site with you.

Streamlined course offering and information about retired openSAP courses
To prepare for the migration, we have already started to streamline the openSAP platform by identifying courses with the most current relevance. These courses will be migrated to the SAP Learning site but will remain accessible to you on openSAP as long as the platform is available. In addition, we have disabled content in retired courses. If you completed a retired course in the past and earned a record of achievement, confirmation of participation, or digital badge, you can still access and download your documents via the Progress tab in the course or in your profile. Many retired courses have been replaced by other courses on the SAP Learning site that contain the latest information, so you’ll still be able to continue learning about the topics that are relevant to you. We’ll continue to add the corresponding links on the course details pages of retired courses.

In the context of SAP’s strategy of simplifying discovery and access to learning content, all SAP product learning is being consolidated in one destination, which is the SAP Learning site. A few new openSAP courses will run on openSAP throughout the first half of 2024 and we’ll migrate a selection of existing openSAP courses to the SAP Learning site.
